Compare the signals, not just the score
Ask what contributes to a risk score: temperature, relative humidity, a growth model or gas-sensing patterns. Ask how the system handles changes over time, what its testing measured and which conditions remain untested. VEX is being developed to combine environmental context with an air fingerprint for each room.
Check the practical details
Consider power, installation, available connectivity and who receives alerts. For a portfolio, ask whether you can assign a case owner, attach inspection evidence, arrange access and export a report. For your own home, look for clear room trends and an understandable next step.
